Pricing:

All prices are in UK Sterling. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery:

Delivery costs are stated on the website but we reserve the right to increase this cost to reflect any direct or indirect costs past onto the company. Any goods shipped to you must be examined as soon as possible. If any goods are damaged or missing you must inform the courier immediately and inform Resource Management Design Limited within 24 hours by emailing us via info@rmdl.co.uk Any packaging must be kept for inspection at a later date. Depending on the delivery methods you have selected, you may be asked to sign for the goods to confirm there receipt. If you are unable to check the packaging and contents at that time you must sign for the parcel as 'Contents Unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any claims made thereafter.

Refunds:

If you wish to claim a refund then you must contact us within 7 days of the invoice date and state your case, please email us at info@rmdl.co.uk.

Returns:

Resource Management Design Limited recognises and will adhere to consumers rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel an order you must provide written (email) notice seven working days from the day after that on which you agree to go ahead with the order, otherwise referred to as the ?Date logged?. This can be referred to as the 'Cooling Off Period'. This right to cancel does not apply, unless agreed otherwise, to orders that begin before the end of the cancellation period providing the supplier has informed the consumer before the conclusion of the contract, in writing or another durable medium, that he will not be able to cancel once production of the goods has begun with his agreement. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of up to 15% on goods which were ordered in error and have not been opened or used. This is at the sole discretion of the Company and prior authorisation is required. No goods can be returned without the prior approval of Resource Management Design Limited.

Law and Juristiction:

The law of England and Wales will apply to these Terms and Conditions and to any purchase of any goods or services from us. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, RMD shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
