Supplying Artwork

When sending artwork to RMD, there are a few steps which will ensure that we are able to process your artwork as quickly as possible.

Software (Mac & PC)

We can accept the following file formats, here in the studio we run Mac’s but we can also accept files from Windows PC’s. If you are unsure about any of the different versions of the software packages listed below please give us a call on 0845 230 4055.

- QuarkXpress
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat PDF

We will also accept artwork in the following formats, however there may be a small charge as these are not print ready and require conversion by our studio.

- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Publisher
- Microsoft PowerPoint

File Preparation

When supplying digital artwork please make sure that your file is complete and contains all elements including all fonts and high resolution images. It would also be helpful if a PDF of the job could also be included for reference.

Sending Files via Email

Before emailing files please make sure you have the correct email address and the file size is not to large to be received, we recommend that email attachments should not exceed 10mb, for larger files please use the FTP method listed below.

Sending Files via FTP

For large artwork files you can upload them to our FTP server, please call us on 0845 230 4055 to arrange a username and password to be created for you, we will then email you the details of our FTP server. You can view more details about FTP here
