Setting Up FTP Using Cyberduck

Cyberduck is an open-source (free) application used for FTP on Mac OS X & Windows. The first thing you need to do is download a copy at http://www.cyberduck.ch/. Please follow the installation steps to install the application on your computer. The following tutorial is provided as a courtesy to our customers to help you configure your FTP software to work with RMD’s FTP Server.

Third-party software can not be supported directly by RMD. If you have further questions about configuring Cyberduck, please visit http://cyberduck.ch/help/en/.
